These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Automated Content Studio platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MJM Capital Consultants LLC dba Automated Content Studio ("Automated Content Studio," "we," "us," or "our").

Automated Content Studio provides an AI-powered managed content service that creates, publishes, and promotes SEO-optimized articles automatically. Our Services include:

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Fees and Charges

Credit System

Payment Method

You must provide a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods) to purchase credits or subscriptions. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

User Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content that you create using our Services. We do not claim ownership of your generated articles, images, or other content.

License to Use Services

By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Platform Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned by Automated Content Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

White-Label Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label our Services without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate spam, malicious, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use automated scripts or bots (except as provided by our API)
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, social media networks). Your use of these integrations is subject to the third-party's terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

If you use our API, you agree to:

• Comply with our API documentation and usage limits
• Not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Properly attribute Automated Content Studio when required
• Protect your API keys and credentials

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or emergencies.

Content Accuracy

While we use advanced AI technology, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publication.

No Legal or Professional Advice

Our Services do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Consult appropriate professionals for specific advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMATED CONTENT STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automated Content Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cape Coral, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Automated Content Studio.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
